stuck

ugh. i think i'm stuck at 138.. >_< one the one hand, that was my goal for this week. but on the other hand, i wish losing the pounds was as easy as it was last week. i think getting to 130 is definitely gonna take some work. hopefully keeping up the good job i've been doing will work!


i just did my tae bo dvd. god i love that thing =] my arms are definitely thinner/more toned than two weeks ago! =D still not skinny (i hate my arms) but definitely better! and overall i think i've lost fat around my back/tummy area. again, not tons, but some. which is definitely awesome and motivating. 


gonna go running tomorrow. hopefully run longer than i did tuesday.

so today i stepped on the scale and it read 138. woot. i think i can make it to 136 by sunday. yessir. i can doo itttt! i went to the gym this morning too. ran about 2.5 miles (not nonstop =/ took a 2 min walking break half way thru) but maybe i'll start setting work out goals to go along with my weight loss goals. hmm yeah, thats a good idea. plus that will keep me from plateau-ing. ok so by next tuesday i will run 2.5 miles straight!

new week, more weight to lose

so i didn't rly weigh myself this morning cause my mom was still visiting. but i stepped on it quickly and it said 140 (with clothes on) so looks like i maintained my goal weight for the week! woot! i did pretty well this weekend, with my mom around and all the eating and stuff... didn't snack tooo much so thats good =]


my goal for next sunday is to be 138. which i don't think will be too hard cause that was my weight on friday. sooo maybe a second goal will be 136, but if i hit 138 that'll be fine too.


tmrws monday so that means my tae bo workout dvd after class. then tuesday morning will be running.. which i good cause i haven't done that since last tuesday and i tend to get angsty when i don't run for a while. i genuinely like to run =] i think im gonna try for 3 miles straight on tuesday.. haven't done that yet so it'll be good.

who needs reasons, when you've got heroin

hellooo. 


weighed in at 138 today. im gettin good at this 'lose weight, get in shape' thing. don't wanna get my hope up tho. i feel like these first 5 pounds are easy, but now its gonna get more difficult. but i can do it. i feel good and already look better =] 


i did my taebo this morning. god i love it. maybe i can get another dvd soon.. or a kick boxing one if they make those? idk, but im pretty poor right now so im trying to save money. I did buy a 10 min ab video from amazon (those are only 1.99 to dl) buuut idk.. abs aren't rly sore today so idk if it was worth it. i think next time i do it i'll do it twice in a row or three times in a row so that it'll be a 20 min ab workout =]


i also applied for a couple jobs today. oh future, you scare me. but i am actually really excited to move (where ever that may be). i think when i move im gonna change up my style a bit. right now im kinda like grungy/punk .. like i wear a lot of black and flannel haha and i have two pairs of boots i wear religiously. but when i move i wanna keep this grungy punk look but i also want to add some sexy rocker types of clothing to my wardrobe... like, stripper shoes (hahaha) and ripped denim. so when i go out, i still have my punk look but its uber sexy. cause, i really do love high heels (plus i can walk in them perfectly fine) so i'd like to buy some high high heels to wear on nights and weekends instead of just my demonia boots. ok well, on to the thinspo <3

lazy morning

This morning i was too lazy to get up and go to the gym to run *shrugs* got some hw done instead (yayy) so i guess thats good. I'll probably feel fat and lazy and do a workout dvd later tonight after class. i think im gonna go on amazon and look for a ab workout that i can download. i need an ab workout badly!! the running and the biggest loser dvds are good for my legs and overall cardio, and the tae bo kicked my ass with arms/shoulders/back.. but now i'm left with tummy pudge! and it NEEDS to go away! i've always wanted a flat tummy .. like a 6-pack, but not a scary-muscle-woman 6-pack. i want megan fox or gwen stefani abs. i'll post the pictures i'm talking about.


anyways, weighed in at 140 this morning but i didn't take off my clothes so maybe i'm really 139? =P 
my moms visiting this weekend which means one thing: restaurant food. dun dun DUUUUUUNNNN. i LOVE food. especially going out to eat. hopefully i can control myself and not pig out all weekend and lose all the progress i've made, but who knows. the good thing tho, is that we'll walk around the city a bunch, so that should help keep me in check.
