good day

well, i'm over my mental breakdown... for now.. 

woke up (relatively) early and went to the gym. there's nothing like 45 mins of cardio to start your day with. feels so good. i like to run, do the elliptical and the bike.. well, some combination of the two for 40-60 mins a couple times a week. I think later i might do one of my workout videos that are supposed to 'tone' you.

anyways, i feel good today :)
